Suffolk LSCB's priorities for 2019-2020 are:
Implement the new Multi-Agency Safeguarding Arrangements in Suffolk from September 2019, alongside Safeguarding Adult Board colleagues.
Monitor the safeguarding risks of children not in appropriate full time education.
Continue to lead the delivery of the Child Exploitation Action Plan across Suffolk, with a focus on transitions and more effective identification of risk.
Further develop the Neglect Strategy and monitor its implementation plan and impact.
Continue to monitor the impact of the delivery of the Emotional Health and Wellbeing Strategy, in particular the impact of the Emotional Health and Wellbeing Hub.
Learning and Improvement Framework
The LSCB has a local Learning and Improvement Framework with statutory partners and is committed to a culture of learning. This framework outlines how the LSCB works with its partners to develop the culture of learning.
